Chart Styles |

Chart Styles allows you to save the certain layout features of a chart. The
following layouts saved include the time periods and chart type (candle, bar,
etc.). You can then double click saved chart styles under the left hand menu to
apply them to any chart. If you have technical studies saved already you may
save those in conjunction with the styles as well. |
Chart Window |

The Chart Window controls the display size of the graph. |
Drawing Tools |
|
You can use the Drawing Tools to add trendlines, notes, Fibonacci lines and
many other drawing/notation tools to help you customize your charts. To use a
drawing tool select one from the list then left click inside the chart, move your
mouse to a different area inside the chart then left click again to set it in place.
Text notes only require a single click then for you to type out what notes you
want to add.
You can change the color of any of the drawing tools by right clicking on them
then selecting Previous Color or Next Color. |
Expanded Area Size |

The Expanded Area Size menu controls the magnification size of the graph. |
Reset Chart |
|
The Reset Chart tool returns the chart or graph to its defaults. |
Studies |
|
Studies allow you to add customized technical study sets to charts or compare
two charts and save them for later use. To add a technical study first click
Studies under the Tools menu and then click Apply Studies. Select the
studies you want to add from the drop down Select Studies menu, set the bar
period and whether you want it applied to volume or price, then click Add. Once
you have added the study sets you want click Save which will prompt you to
name the study. Enter a name and click Ok. Now you can apply this study to any
chart by double clicking on it under My Studies on the left hand column next to
the charts. |
Watch Lists |

In the Watch List users can add or delete symbols from their New Watch List (located in the left hand column in the charts.) |
Unzoom |
|
To zoom in a section on the chart left click and drag the mouse to highlight a
section of the chart in red. Release the mouse to zoom in on the highlighted
section. To return to the original chart, click Unzoom from the Tools menu.
Alternatively, you can click the buttons to zoom in and out on the charts. |
