Mark Prices allows the user to set the live marks to their preference.
These marks are used primarily in the risk analysis page.
The user has the ability to choose between middle or last for equities,
options and futures. Middle refers to the mid market price where a specific
stock is trading. For example, if the market in BMY is 24.79/24.80, the
middle will be reflected as 24.795. If the user prefers last, the price
where the stock last traded at with be reflected in the mark column.
