There are many keyboard and mouse shortcuts to help expedite your trading
experience within thinkpipes. Many of the shortcuts can be customized with
the Order Entry
Shortcuts menu within the Settings menu on the Menu Item bar.
Here is a comprehensive list of all the keyboard and mouse shortcuts within
thinkpipes:

LEFT CLICK
Left clicking on an exchange identifier (the letter next to the bid
or offer) a corresponding order is created with an exchange designation.
Left clicking on a bid or offer size an order is created with that size
and the corresponding exchange designation where the size is shown.
Left clicking on total bid size or ask size (total Bs or total As) will
create a spray order across all exchanges participating at that price.
Another way to open a spread order entry ticket is left click on the bid
or offer when viewing spread quotes.
Left clicking on a position quantity (in position column for options and
underlying) will create a closing order with the appropriate quantity.
This works for stock and options.
RIGHT CLICK
Right clicking on a bid or offer of an option will create a menu to
buy or sell. Once a spread type is selected the corresponding order will
be created based on the originally selected option.
SHIFT + CLICK
SHIFT + clicking on a bid or size for an option or stock to automatically
bypasses the order entry component and sends your order directly to the
market. It will send your order using the default quantity and account
selected in the menu items/settings/order entry menu. This shortcut can
be used in conjunction with ALT and CTRL.
NOTE: The price and size for an option or stock can move very quickly so
please be careful when using SHIFT + click.

ALT + CLICK
ALT + click reverses the default behavior of the Hot clicking setting
(Take market or With Market) in the Menu Items/Settings/Order Entry Shortcuts
menu. For example, if you have selected “Take market” in the Order Entry
Shortcuts menu you can temporarily switch to “With Market” by ALT + clicking
on a bid, bid size, or bid exchange. This shortcut can be used in conjuction
with SHIFT and CTRL.

CTRL + CLICK
By holding down CTRL while clicking multiple bids or offers users can
create custom spreads. By CTRL clicking users are not limited to the default
spreads in the order entry menu but rather can assemble any 4 legged option
or stock order that an exchange will accept. This shortcut can be used
in conjuction with SHIFT and ALT.
CLICK + DRAG
Click and dragging across prices in a regional quote montage or Level
II screen will also setup a spray order.
CTRL + CLICK
By holding down CTRL while clicking multiple bids or offers users can
create custom spreads. By CTRL clicking users are not limited to the default
spreads in the order entry menu but rather can assemble any 4 legged option
or stock order that an exchange will accept. This shortcut can be used
in conjuction with SHIFT and ALT.
